How to start a prepaid session

Prepaid session.
Prepaid session is for customers who want to use PC by pay an amount of money first. It is different from PrepaidCode.

How to start a prepaid session
1. Double-click on any terminal (whether it is connected or not) at terminal list on the main CCAutoServer window.
2. Start Session window will appear.
3. Check prepaid option
4. Select rate. The rate you want to charge the customer.
5. Insert(or click the quick button) the amount your customer paying.
6. Click start button.

Once the start button clicked, the terminal name in the terminal list will disappear; instead, all the data will be calculated and shown in Active Session table. Where:
Terminal : which PC the customer is using. (Inserted)
Start : Start time; the time when you click the start button and the terminal is available. However, if the terminal is not available, it will show "0", which means it is waiting for the terminal to connect.
Stop : The time when the session will be automatically stopped. It is calculated from amount paid, rate and start time.
Rate Type : The rate you are charging the customer.
Time(m) : How long the session will take. Calculated from the amount paid and the rate.
Prepaid : The amount of money the user paid.

When the session stop, the line in the active session will disappear and the terminal name will be listed in the terminal list again. At this point, the transaction is logged.

On the other hand, if you want to stop the session manually before it is stop automatically:
1. Double-click the terminal line in the Active Session table.
2. Stop or Add Session window will appear. Make sure the terminal name is correct.
3. Click End Session button.
