Currently, CCAutoSoft support 4 categories of usage rate (manual):

1. Flat Rate (FR).
There is no minimum charge in this category. So, a customer will be charge as low as $0.10.
Example
Flat Rate :
Rate: $3/Hour
Charge Calculation :
4 min - $0.20
30 min - $1.50

2. Flat Rate with minimum (FRm).
In this category, a customer have to pay a minimum charge as soon as the session start. If he only use the PC for half a minute but the minimum charge is $2.00, he have to pay $2.00.
Example
Rate: $3/Hour
Minimum Charge: $2
Charge Calculation :
Below or at 40 min - $2.00
44 min - $2.20
60 min - $3.00

3. Charge by block of minutes (BM).
An hour is divided into some block of minutes.
Example
Rate: $8/Hour
Minutes in a block: 15 min
Charge Calculation :
1 to 15 min - $2.00
16 to 30 min - $4.00

4. Special Rate (SR).
Special Rate is used when the second, third's rate is not the same as the first hour's rate.
Example
1st Hour Rate: $4.00
After 1st Hour: $3.00
After 2nd Hour: $0.00
Charge Calculation :
45 min - $3.00
1:30 - $5.50
2:30 - $8.50


Configure You Cyber Cafe's usage rate:
Open the Usage rate window; side panel > setting > usage rate
Shown below is a Usage Rate window for CCAutoServer latest version which is not released yet. It support the fifth category which is "Special Rate by half an hour".



1. On the "Manual tab", type in the category's name, example "Normal"
2. Click on the charge option. You will see diferrent setting in each option. Just use one option.
3. Insert the usage rate.
4. Click Add button.


Question: I want to offer a PLAY ALL YOU CAN feature in my Cafe wherein a player can play as long as he wants for a fixed amount, say, 150.00 pesos for an unlimited time. How can I set it up in the USAGE RATES?
Answer I am sorry, there is no such feature in CCAutoSoft. But alternatively, you can use Flat Rate with minimum, where set the rate (per hour) to as low as possible, e.g 0.10 and set the minimum charge to the fixed amount, e.g 150.00. So, by paying 150.00 the customer can play in a very long time.
