CCAutoSoft can make backup of the current data. It only can make the backup of all data at once. The data being backup are: all history/transaction report, history/transaction brief, active session, booking que, all prepaid code data, user/staff data, member's data and terminal's data (IP Address and PC name)


It is very easy to do backup. Here is the howto:

1. At the Side Panel click Server Controller, scroll down until you see Data Backup's icon



2. Click Data Backup, and wait until a massage box appear telling the backup is successful.




Actually, it only make a copy of current data file to a separate file in backup directory under CCAutoSoft's directory. Please check in your drive: c:Program FilesCCAutoSoftbackup



As you can see from the image above, the backed up data is named by the time and date so you may know when the backup data was created. For more secure, you also may copy the backup files in other media such as thumbdrive or cdrom.
