Main Window

Most of the time, this is the only window you need to watch when monitoring a cyber internet cafe. All the information about terminals and customers is displayed on this window. You can see what time the session will end, the time customer started a session, how many terminal is available, how many terminal is being used and etc. You do not need to touch the mouse at all to view the information.

Start Session

Starting a session is really easy. Choose the rate charge and click start for post-paid customer. For prepaid customer, insert the paid amount and click start button. If a customer just wants to play a certain amount of time, just insert the time in minute and click start button.

Booking Terminal

This is used when a terminal preferred by a customer is in use. So, he/she can book the terminal. When the terminal is available, a sound will be heard from the server means there is somebody have books the terminal. Then it will unlock the terminal automatically for the customer.
Select any terminal in use, right-click and choose 'Booking'.
Insert customer name, paid amount and select the usage charge. If auto start is checked, the booked terminal will be auto activate.

Member Database

An administrator can view member information from this member database. This database is needed for certain cyber cafes that have special charge rate for members who have paid monthly or yearly fee.

Remote Utilities - Terminal Manager

With this Terminal Manager a user can lock, unlock, restart and shutdown more than terminal in one click. Just tick at any terminal, then press any action button. CCAutoClient also can be terminated using this utility for maintenance purpose.

Remote Utilities - Window Manager

This utility is useful for viewing all running applications on terminals from the server. It also can terminates any application which is listed. Sometimes we can see any running trojan or virus. So, we can terminate those unwanted applications with just a click.

Remote Setting

The terminals can be configured from the server as long as it is connected. You can also view the current configuration for a terminal and change it, and then save it at another terminal. Some times, you would want to add a web site to web block list, and this is the right window. It will block the web site immediately.

Shop

Sell drinks, snacks, computer's accessories, hardware and charge any service to the customers. Whether they are walk-in customers or customers who are using the terminals. For customer who are using the terminal, the charge will be included in the end-session bill.

Stop Session

When a post-paid customer wants to log out, just double click at the active session. This window will show their usage charge and any other charge. Click the 'end session' button will end the session and lock the terminal. You also can choose to restart the terminal instead.
Adding more time or top-up prepaid also can be done in this window.

Transfer Session

Using this utillity, transfer a session is not a problem any more. All the current records, including shop billing and service charge of the customer also will be transfered to the new terminal.
