How do I get customer/after sales support?
We will give customer support through online by email, Yahoo Mesenger and forum. Should you have any problem regarding CCAutoSoft, you can always use this three methods. We will answer your questions as soon as possible.
What is the default login and password?
Default login name is "Admin" and the password is "admin", without quotes and case sensitive.
How to start a session?
Prepaid : Double click on a terminal's name on the terminal list. Insert the prepaid amount, and click "Start" button.
Post paid but setted time : Double click on a terminal's name on the terminal list. Insert how many minute the customer want to use the terminal, and click "Start" button.
Post paid : Double click on a terminal's name on the terminal list and click "Start".
PrepaidCode : On the terminal screen, a customer have to insert the prepaid code and click "Log In".
How to end a session?
Prepaid : A prepaid session will be auto end when the time is over. If the time is not over yet, it can be ended by double click on the terminal's name on the active session table. A window will appear shows session's details. Press on "End Session".
Post paid with setted time : A post paid session with setted time will be auto end when the time is over. If the time is not over yet, it can be ended by double click on the terminal's name on the active session table. A window will appear shows session's details. Press on "End Session".
PrepaidCode : A customer can end his session by click "Log Out" button on the CCAutoClient's panel. The prepaid code can be use again next time as long as it have any credit left. A prepaid code which have no credit will be auto log out. An administrator also can end the session by double click on the terminal's name on the active session table, and press "Log Out".

How to add time or prepaid to a running session?
1. Double click the terminal's name on the active session table. A window about the session's detail will appear.
2. Insert amount of prepaid or time(number of minute) on below center box.
3. Press "Add" button.
4. Press "Close" button to close the window.
How to sell a prepaid code?
1. On the left side panel choose "Terminal Control" > "Shop" > click "Not Terminal User" then "Shop" window will appear, and click "PrepaidCode".
2. On the "Sell PrepaidCode" box, insert a value of the code and the price. A value is the one will be insert into code balance, the price is how much a customer will pay you for the code.
3. Click "Generate a Prepaid Code" > "Add" > "OK", at this step you will be receive the payment.
How to top-up a prepaid code balance?
1. On the left side panel choose "Terminal Control" > "Shop" > click "Not Terminal User" then "Shop" window will appear, and click "PrepaidCode".
2. On the "Top-Up PrepaidCode" box, insert the code which you want to top-up(extend), a value of the top up which will be insert into code balance, and insert the price.
3. Click "Top Up Prepaid Code" > "Add" > "OK", at this step you will be receive the payment.
How to buy a product/service with a prepaid code?
Right click on the terminal's name where a prepaidcode session is running and click "Shop". Select any product or service, click "Add" > "OK".
The charge will be deducted from the prepaidcode balance. If there is not enough balance, a warning will appear.
What is "Remote Setting"?
"Remote Setting" is a utility to configure the setting of remote terminal without leaving CCAutoServer or administrator PC.
How to use "Remote Setting"?
Right click the mouse at any connected terminal which you want to configure it's setting. A window with the terminal's setting will appear. Change any setting you want then select any connected PC which you want to distribute the configuration. You can select ALL or any PC one by one. Press "Update Client". Some setting need terminal to be restarted before the new setting take effect.
Why I cannot start any session? I double clicked on the standby terminal's name, but there is nothing happen?
The free version only support 6 clients maximum. If you have inserted more then 6 terminal in CCAutoServer terminal's setting, remove them and restart the computer. And, do not install CCAutoClient in more then 6 terminal. Double check your terminal's IP Address in "Side Panel">"Setting">"Terminal". Make sure all IPs are in correct format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Or if you are in the CCAutoServer's Safe Mode, log out and login into Normal Mode.
When I log in as Admin, there is a message box ask me whether I want to enter maintenance mode (Safe Mode). What is that?
In maintenance mode, there will be no connection between CCAutoServer and CCAutoClient. So, whatever you do to the active session will not have any effect to the terminal. The purpose of this mode is for the administrator to change any data, session or time that will only will take effect when logged-in not in maintenance mode.
What is the difference between free version and full version?
Free version is FREE! but only support 6 terminals. Full version is USD$159 and support unlimited number of clients.

Free version need to be registered if you want to use it more then 30 days (Only for version 3.04.09 and below). The registration is free of charge.
How to setup prepaid code usage charge?
Go to "Side Menu" > "Setting" > "Usage Rate" > "PrepaidCode Rate" >Insert the charge per hour for normal rate. Prepaid code usage rate can be set by day and time from the time table.
I can not see a terminal on the active session list nor the terminal's stand by list but I have inserted it on the terminal setting. What should I do?
At the side panel, choose "Remote Utilities">click "More Utilities">check the terminal with problem > press "Reset" button.
I can not remove a terminal from the terminal's setting window. Why?
Please make sure you are not in the "Maintenance Mode". Close CCAutoServer and restart it, log in as "Admin" and password "admin". A window ask whether you want to enter "Maintenance Mode" or no. Choose "No". Try to remove the terminal again.
I want to generate more then one prepaid code at a time, print it and sell it. Does CCAutoSoft support this?
On the side panel >"Setting">"Code", in "Add New Code" box, insert how many code you want to generate, the value and the price then click "Generate". Tick any code you want to print and click "Print Checked Prepaid Code" button. These coupon can be sold at "Side panel">"Shop"> click "Not Terminal User"> Shop window will appear, click "Prepaid Code", insert code from a coupon/card/ticket at "Sell PrepaidCode Coupon/Ticket/Card" and click "Sell".
I am going to open a cyber cafe and like to use your software. What is the operating system you highly recommend to use with CCAutoSoft?
CCAutoSoft can run at any Microsft Windows OS, but we highly recommend Windows 98 or Windows ME as client.
