Selling Prepaid Code

Unsold or unprinted prepaid code, although it is successfully created and can be viewed in the code store, still cannot be used until it is printed or sold. So, printed prepaid code can be used although there is no transaction regarding the selling of the prepaid code. If you want CCAutoSoft to track your revenue from the Prepaid Code, all the transaction have to be keyed into the shop like other sell item.

Some important notes:
1. Unsold or unprinted prepaid code cannot be used until it is marked as sold or printed in the codestore.
2. Printed marked prepaid code can be used although no record of sold.
3. Unprinted prepaid code cannot be sold through shop.

Sell A Printed Prepaid Code
1. Open Shop windows from Side Menu > Terminal Control > Shop
2. Select the customer type whether terminal user or not.
3. Click the Prepaid Code tab on the Shop window.

4. On the Sell Printed PrepaidCode frame, key in the code.
5. Press the Sell Printed Code button
6. A message box asking for confirmation of receiving the payment, press yes.

7. The receipt will appear. You can print it or just press close button.

Sell Multiple Prepaid Codes
1. Open the Code Store from the side menu > setting > code store

2. Check one or more prepaid codes
3. On Action frame, select Mark As Sold

4. Press Go!

5. A confirmation message box appear, press OK.

All the prepaid codes will be marked as sold and the transactions will be recorded on the log.

Create and Sell One Prepaid Code
1. Open Shop windows from Side Menu > Terminal Control > Shop
2. Select the customer type whether terminal user or not.
3. Click the Prepaid Code tab on the Shop window.

4. On the Sell PrepaidCode frame, insert the value and the price.
5. Press Generate A Prepaid Code button.
6. A message box asking for confirmation of receiving the payment, press yes.

7. The prepaid code will appear on the screen. You can print it or write the code on a paper, and close the prepaid code.
