This is the basic installation procedure usually for testing purpose. When finished, you will be able to controls at least one client and you can see how it works.
For CCAutoClient version 3.1 please go to install-ccautoclient-3-1
For CCautoServer version 3.1 please go to install-ccautoserver-3-1
Install
Installation process is really easy and fast.
- After extract the downloaded zip file, find and double-click at setup.exe (Make sure you close the zip application first!)
- Follow the instruction. You might need to restart your computer for older version of Windows.
- In the installation windows choose either CCAutoServer or CCAutoClient to install.
- When finish, restart your computer.
Important For Windows XP/Windows 7 users!
Please set the program compatibility mode to Windows 98/Me.
For CCAutoClient
If you are using Windows Me or Windows 98, the system is ready to operate after restart. On the other hand if you are using Windows XP you have to do this:
- Open Setting window : Start Menu > Programs > CCAutoSoft > ClientSetting.
- Choose “Start CCAutoClient after user logon”: refer the image below.
- Save and restart the computer
The terminal is now ready! (Isn’t it easy?)
For CCAutoServer
- Run CCAutoServer, Login: Admin (note the capital “A”), Password: admin. You will be asked to enter Maintenance Mode or Normal Mode, choose ‘No’.
- Go to side menu > Setting > Server.
- Change the date format and currency symbol.
- Go to Side Menu > Setting > Terminal.
- Type in a terminals name and it’s IP address then click Add button.
- Click close and restart CCAutoServer
The CCAutoServer is now ready! (Really easy!)
Connectivity
- If there is no problem, you can already see a client is connected. How to know a client is connected or not?
- If a client is just connected, it will be shown in log such as :time: PC 01 – connected.
- The terminal’s icon in the CCAutoSever is green. As you can see on the image below, PC 02, PC 03 and PC 05 were connected. PC 07 is not connected.
- Terminal is locked. In default setting, a client will not lock if there is no connection to CCAutoServer. So, if it is locked it shows the terminal is connected.
- Try to start a session. Double-click on a terminal’s icon, then click Start button on the start window. If it is connected, the terminal will be unlocked.

Uninstall
Double click on Setup.exe from ccauto3.zip and follow the instructions, choose ‘Remove’ when asked.
