This error is caused by the operating system. Wheather some files are damage, your Windows registry is corrupted or some virus/trojan exist in your system.
Solution
If you are using WinXP or WinMe, you could use Windows System Restore to restore the operating system to a previous state before the problem occur.
If you already uninstall the program, reinstall it back before you proceed to use System Restore.
How to use Windows System Restore
1. Click Start Menu > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Click System Restore.
2. select Restore my computer to an earlier time.
3. then Select a Restore Point by selecting a date in the calendar. Select a date before the problem occur or earlier.
If those steps do not solve the problem, there is no other option except to reformat your hard disk and re-setup Windows.
Before format your hard disk, do not forget to back up the data.dat file. The data.dat file can be found at C:\Program Files\CCAutoSoft directory. Another option, you could copy the whole CCAutoSoft’s folder.
If you could not found data.dat file on the directory:
1. Open Windows Explorer
2. On the top menu, point and click at Tools
3. Click Folder Options
4. Click View
5. Advance Setting -> Files and Folder
6. Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types
7. Click Apply
8. Go to C:/Program Files/CCAutoSoft directory again to find data.dat file.
Save it on another media such as CD, thumdrive or other hard disk.
You also may save all old back up files found in C:\Program Files\CCAutoSoft\backup directory.
